Dad was born June 21, 1934 in Ogden, Utah to Wesley Wilson and Bedelia Miller; he was the youngest of two brothers. He attended Ogden High School and Weber Jr. College of Ogden in 1950.

Dad married Marnell Garner on January 7, 1953. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan Temple on April 16, 1970. They had five daughters and one son together, Jacqueline (Randy) Lane, Janet (Kenneth) Stauffer, Joyce (Duane) Cunnington, Dawn (Rex) Cutler, Denise (Kirk) Peterson; one deceased son, Lewis Don Wilson (Big Lou). After the death of Marnell in June 28, 1973. Dad married Marlene Walker, they had one daughter together, Marianne (Richard) Lincoln; they were later divorced.

Dad married Donna Rae Mills on March 3, 1983 and they were sealed in the Ogden Temple, August 3, 2016. They combined their families together; Curtis (Deborah) Garner, Mark (Pam deceased) Garner, Kerry (Steffoni) Garner, and Chad (Sandy) Garner. Dad has 31 grandchildren, one deceased grandson, Allen D Cunnington, 61 great-grandchildren and 15 great great-grandchildren.

Dad worked for the following: Ogden Iron Works, Ogden, Utah, as a custodian for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, retiring in 1996, and Autoliv, retiring January 2012 at the age of 77 years old. Dad also loved telling stories about his time as a security guard at Little Mountain.

Dad enjoyed going to Call's drive in in Willard for lunch,traveling, camping, gardening, he was especially fond of his green lawn and watching the sprinklers run. His favorite baseball team was the St. Louis Cardinals and as a young man dad loved to play baseball. In the evening Dad loved watching the old western movies. Our dad had such a great memory andloved telling his family about his life growing up. Dads favorite thing was family visits and calls. Dad was very proud of his family.

There will be a funeral service, September 15, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lakeview Ward Chapel, 4900 S 2000 W, Roy, Utahwith Bishop Christiansen conducting. There will be a viewingprior to service starting at 9:00 a.m. He will be interred that same day at the Hooper City Cemetery.

Dad was preceded in death by his first wife Marnell Wilson, his son Lewis Wilson, his grandson Allen Cunnington, parentsWesley and Bedelia Wilson and his two brothers David Wilsonand Morgan Wilson.
