Dennis Stephen Rose

Tooele, UT –

Dennis Stephen Rose age 81 passed away on March 27th, 2022. He was born on June 28th, 1940 in Salt Lake City, UT to Dennis and Alta Rose. He married Kathleen Fullmer Burningham on October 12th, 1971.

Denny drove semi-trucks for Safeway stores for many years. He loved the University of Utah football, watching westerns, and game shows. He also loved visiting with neighbors, friends, and strangers alike. Denny loved dogs, especially his little rescue dog Rocco.

Denny is survived by three children: Kevin, Kimberly, and Scott; three stepchildren: Sally, Mike, and James; grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Denny was preceded in death by his wife Kathleen, parents, two brothers, and two sisters.

Dennis will be interred at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park in Salt Lake City, UT.

The family would like to thank Beehive Homes of Tooele for their special care, staying by Denny’s side in his final hours.
