Dave was born August 9th, 1949 to Boise and Carole Evans in Lehi, UT. After Dave graduated from Lehi High School in 1967, he went on to study at Snow College, the University of Utah and State University of New York at Buffalo where he graduated with his PharmD in 1976.

Dave is survived by 5 siblings, his children Shand Evans, Alex Evans, his stepsons David and Joseph Clyde as well as 9 grandchildren and one Corgi named Keith. All of whom he loved unconditionally. Dave is preceded in death by his parents Boise and Carole Evans, his wife Mary Elizabeth Evans and Maggie Clyde (stepdaughter).

To say Dave Evans was passionate is an understatement. Whether it be scouting, bagpipes, friends or his family. Dave was all in, all of the time with everything and everyone he loved. Dave was proud of his accomplishments and had many, however he will be most remembered for how he was as a brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend.

If you knew Dave or would like to get to know him better through the people who loved him please be a part of the services held in his honor at 2PM on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 E. Dimple Dell road (10600 S.) in Sandy, UT. Viewings for family and friends will be held on Friday evening from 6-8PM, and Saturday prior to services beginning at 1PM at the same location. Interment will follow in the Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.

What an incredible good man! We will truly miss Dave's kindness and willingness to help others. It took only moments meeting Dave to know he was a great man who radiated all that's good. He was a man you could count on. See you on the other side, my friend!
