Dalton James Gibbs

Jun 10, 2015 Apr 29, 2025

Dalton James Gibbs, a bright and joyful boy, passed away on April 29, 2025, at the age of 9. Born on June 10, 2015, in Orem, Utah, he was a source of endless love, laughter, and warmth to all who knew him.

Dalton was a fourth-grade student at American Heritage School in American Fork, where his curiosity and enthusiasm brought joy to his teachers and classmates alike. He found happiness similar to other boys his age—playing with Legos, riding bikes, exploring the outdoors, playing video games, and spending time with his beloved friends and family.

Dalton was a true disciple of Jesus Christ. Though he was young, his spiritual maturity blessed the lives of all he met. He acted as the Savior would, excited to serve, quick to love, and eager to comfort. His goofy, loving, and happy nature left a lasting mark on everyone he encountered, helping them feel seen, valued, and uplifted. His Christ-like love, so generously given, painted a trail of smiles wherever he went.

I love you....Did you hear me?

Dalton is survived by his loving parents, Manton Tyler Gibbs and Kimberly Stimpson Gibbs, and his cherished siblings, Trinity Jarvis and her husband Christian, Emma, Anne Marie, Lacey, Manton, and Celia. His joyful spirit and kind heart will forever remain in the memories of those who loved him.

Dalton will never be forgotten. He had a strong testimony that families are eternal. His laughter, love, and light will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.
