May 20, 1977 Apr 3, 2022

Our beloved son, brother, brother- in- law and uncle passed away at his Holladay home on April 2. Curtis was raised in the East Millcreek area and attended Upland Terrace Elementary, Evergreen Junior High and Olympus High, class of ‘95. Then attended Salt Lake Community College.

He enjoyed a wide circle of friends (to whom he was known as “Prime Time”). He was very close to his siblings and raised and nurtured some of the most beautiful Great Danes! Curtis was a talented cabinet salesman and installer, starting with Classic Cabinets and later other companies. Kindness was the hallmark of his life and despite the hurdles in his life, he faced them with courage and determination, never complaining.

He is survived by his parents, Curtis W. and Martha Dowdle, his much loved siblings Ann (Wayne) Mills, Amy (Douglas) Schwartz, and John (Jessica) Dowdle, and seven adoring nephews and nieces (Naomi, Aiden, Milo, Hendo, Sloan, Lola and Brynn). Curtis helped perfect his nephews and nieces' basic math skills by dealing black-jack with them. It seemed they always won! As a family, we are heartbroken by this profound loss, but comforted by having had the pleasure of his company for 45 years. Graveside services Friday, April 8th, 1:00 P.M. at Rosemont Section Wasatch Lawn, 3401 South Highland Drive
