She married Joseph Anderson in 1955. They had one son and later divorced. She then married Arthur Kelly in 1962. Together, they had four children.

She ran a day care in her home for over 30 years and touched the lives of countless young people during that time. She was one of the most self-less people – always more worried about everyone else than herself. She had a green thumb and could make anything grow in her backyard. She was fiercely independent and taught her family to be self-reliant.

She is survived by three children – Joseph (Julie) Anderson, Cheryl (Jim) Stevens and Allen Kelly – 21 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her sons – Clay “Buddy” Kelly and Martin “Marty” Kelly, her step-son – Rodney Kelly, her husband – Arthur Kelly, her brothers – Von Allen and Earl Allen, her parents and grandparents.

A celebration of life will be held at 4715 South 4300 West, Kearns, Utah on Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations toward the medical expenses: https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-cleo-on-her-journey-of-getting-better
