Our beautiful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother Yai-Yai has gone to spend time with her mother, father, brothers, and friends in that big casino in the sky. We love you so much but know that you are in a good place with your other loved ones, probably making them food and stealing sips of their drinks- leaving behind bread and donut crumbs as evidence :) We will see you again but for now, we know you watch over us every day when we feel you light or smell your perfume. Until we meet again, we love you!!

This woman was the light of my life. It didn’t matter your age, color, or preferences, she always had something to share with everyone. She taught me so many thing, but above all she taught me to be genuinely kind. You should always treat people the way you wanted to be treated. Not having her physical presence anymore hurts my heart, but I know she’s here in spirit and is having the time of her life with her late family. I love you grandma. Forever and always
I can’t believe this has actually happened…. But as sad as it is to say, heaven has most definitely obtained a new angel. She had always mentioned “When I go, I don’t want anyone to be sad. I want you guys to go watch a movie and be happy”, and I never really understood what she meant when I was younger. I always thought that she meant “be happy that I’m gone”, but no, that’s not at all what it meant. she meant “I want you to be happy about what you remember about me, and the fond memories we’ve made together, and to not be sad because of me”. This woman was a wonderful, spectacular wonder to this world in so many ways, and I’m so glad she was a part of our lives. Rest is paradise, you beautiful, beautiful soul~ ❤️
