Chelsea D’Lyn Yazzie, age 28, died on May 30, 2021 in Taylorsville, Utah. She was born on June 8, 1992 to David and Sandy Yazzie.

She loved playing basketball and softball.

Chelsea is survived by her boyfriend Jesse Lopez, son Demare Jordan Burrell, daughter Anaya Sadie June Lopez, mother Sandy B. Yazzie, brothers Leland H. Black, Courtney J. Black, Dallas Olpin-Wasden Yazzie; her buddy/sister/bestfriend Chynna Lyn Yazzie, and three nephews Liam Black, Carter Black, and Haryln Black; grandparents Bruce and Joan Wasden and Mae Brown Eyes; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her father David Phillip Yazzie and grandma Mary Olpin Wasden.

A graveside service will be held Monday, June 7, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Memorial Redwood Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT, 84123.
