Carmina Rose Gittins of Washington Terrace, Utah returned to her Heavenly Father’s embrace at 9:21 PM on January 12, 2023. She passed away in the presence of her loving parents. Carmina was born to Jonathan and Emily Gittins (née Hastings) on December 16, 2022 in Layton, Utah. Though her journey in life was short, she brought joy everyone. She will be deeply missed.

Carmina is proceeded in death by her maternal grandfather, John Hastings. She is survived by her father and mother, her maternal grandmother, Barbara Hastings, her paternal grandparents, Tracy (Maria Blanca) Gittins and Robbie Gittins as well as loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Respects may be paid during her funeral at the LDS chapel located at 4260 W. 5215 S, Kearns, Utah at 10 am. The mother of the deceased requests mourners to dress in bright colors. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Primary Children’s Hospital.
