Brian Edward Riley, our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend passed away at his home in Lehi, Utah, on August 26, 2023. He was born on February 3, 1965, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Michael Riley and Sharon Heminger.

Brian became a father with his first wife to his three wonderful children; Mager (Ashley) Riley, Browning Riley, Zeph Riley, and later divorced. He then met and married his sweetheart, Oksana, and together they were blessed with two children: Yiaroslav Riley and Daryna Riley. Brian was a proud grandfather to his only granddaughter: Avery.

Brian was a skilled Master Electrician and worked at many different job locations through the years. Most recently, he was a member of the union IBEW354. He was an avid hunter and had a large collection of hunting trophies and guns. He had a keen eye for shooting things from far distances! Traveling was another passion of his – especially to the different European countries. Brian spent most of his time taking care of others and making sure their needs were met before any of his own. He loved with his whole heart and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Brian is survived by his loving wife, Oksana Riley, his five children: Mager (Ashley) Riley, Browning Riley, Zeph Riley, Yiaroslav Riley, Daryna Riley, and one granddaughter: Avery. His parents: Michael Riley and Sharon Lee, sisters: Gina Moehling, Heather Senbelbach, Trisha Riley, brothers: Steven Riley, Adam Riley, and many cousins and friends.

Brian,

You will be so missed by many! I will always remember you for your love for hunting, and the outdoors, sense of humor and caring heart. Wish we could have seen each other more but so happy you were able to have your life in Utah with your loving wife and children! Until we meet again.. Miss you cousin and love you always!

As Brian's aunt, I want to express my deepest sympathy to all of Brian's loved ones.

Such an unexpected loss.

Sincerest sympathies to Brian’s entire family. My siblings and I knew Brian in his elementary through high school years. He was an incredibly nice and caring individual. God bless him and his family.
