BRAEDAN ALLEN RALEIGH

Braedan Allen Raleigh, was born on March 16, 2000 to Mark D Raleigh and Holly Adamson in Salt Lake City, UT. He sadly passed away on May 29, 2021.

Braedan grew up loving sports. He put his heart into playing football for 11 years where he earned the nickname “Big B.” He lived up to that name in every aspect of his life. He did everything “Big.” He set high goals for himself and was very determined to accomplish them. People were amazed with his strength and conviction in the things that he set his sights on.

He was a graduate of Davis High School, and was currently working towards his Bachelors at UVU. He attended ATP flight school where he earned his private and commercial pilot license as well as numerous certifications.

He took joy in outdoor activities. He loved to golf and recently picked up pickleball where he rallied family members to come play. He enjoyed hiking, rock climbing, ATV riding, and mountain biking in Moab. He was happiest doing these things with his family and friends.

Braedan was a gentle giant who was easy to love. He had a genuine concern for those around him. He was loving, kind, compassionate, gracious, down-to-earth, and selfless in all that he did. He had a laugh that was contagious. Family and friends meant everything to him.

Braedan is survived by his father and his mother; brothers, Zach Raleigh (Natalie) and Jordan Phelps; sister, Casey Raleigh; grandparents Allen and Carolyn Adamson and Mark D Raleigh Sr.; niece, Avery; nephew, Axel; aunts, uncles, and cousins.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for all the first responders and medical providers that were part of his care.

A viewing will be held Friday, June 4, from 5-8 PM at the Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary in Bountiful, 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful, UT 84010.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 5, at 11 AM at the same address where friends and family may visit from 9:30-10:30 AM.

Interment at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.

Casual attire is welcome.
