Blake was born on April 3, 1963 to Kathy Curtis and Blake M. Cloward. Born in Mount Pleasant, UT, and raised in Centerville, UT, he was a cute and adventurous child. He loved taking things apart to figure out how they worked.

He graduated from Viewmont High School where he was on the football, baseball, and track and field teams. He went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and later completed his MBA at the University of Phoenix.

He loved everything to do with the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting and was a master archer. He loved backpacking in the Uintah Mountains solo and later with his sons. He spent any free time he had in the mountains and loved camping with his kids.

He was a Bigfoot and UFO enthusiast and he enjoyed getting prepared for the “Zombie Apocalypse.” He was a lover of every sarcastic comedy movie and loved all different kinds of music.

His grandkids meant the world to him and were the light of his life.

He is survived by his four children Brittany, Bridger (Vanesa), Cheyenne (Josh), and Forrest. His mother Kathy, and siblings Bret (Cindy), Brian (Jenna), and Kim (Matt). His beloved grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Blake Sr.

We love you so much, Dad! We hope you are happy and at peace. We will miss you forever!

The family will be holding a private celebration of life.

Please honor Blake’s memory by caring for your own mental health. Know that it’s never too late to get help.❤️
