Betty B Barrett

Betty Fay Barrett, 81, of Ogden, UT, peacefully passed away on July 6th surrounded by loved ones.

Betty Fay Berrett was born on February 4, 1941 to Rulon John Berrett and Opal Amelia Stone Berrett, in Murray UT, she was the youngest of five children.

In 1956 Betty married George Robert Reynolds, together they had 5 children, and later divorced. After a few years Betty married Jerry Barrett who she later divorced, but maintained his name.

Betty loved spending time horseback riding along with many other outdoor activities, she had many adventures. Betty also loved to read and could always be found with a stack of books to read and box of books that she had finished reading, which she would pass on or donate for others to enjoy.

Betty is survived by her sisters Shirley Lawrence and Janice Callister, her sons Casey, Jerry, John, Guy (Rob) and daughter Debra. As well as 36 grandchildren, 82 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents Rulon and Opal Berrett, her brother Ellis Berrett and her sister Carol Bouck.

She will be missed!

A memorial will be held on July 17th at Jordan Park, 1060 S 900 W, Salt Lake City, from 1 - 4pm to share memories and celebrate her life.

Interment will be at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Road (10600 S.), Sandy on July 18th at 10:00 AM there will not be a graveside service.
