Adams, Bernice – Passed away peacefully at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, in West Jordan Utah, on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at the age of 93. Bernice was born June 27, 1928 in Surgarite, New Mexico, which at the time was a coal mining town, it is now Sugarite Canyon State Park.
Bernice married John H. Adams on December 24, 1946 in Woodlake, Tulare, California. They later divorced.
She will always be lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Bernice has served as a devoted caregiver to different family members all her life. She always needed someone to care for. Thanks for being a great example to all of us, you always stayed strong and never complained what life dealt you.
Bernice is preceded in death by her parents Clair and Frances Baker of Denver Colorado; sister Audrey Dates of Denver, Colorado; sister JoAnn Tynsky of Rock Springs, Wyoming; brother Clair Baker of Denver Colorado.
Surviving family members include daughters Doris Callen Stice, Owasso, OK; Brenda and Ray Miller, West Jordan, UT; Pamela Jo Brown, Las Vegas, NV; sisters Jeanene and Tom Edwards, Houston TX; sister Mildred Greenhall, Cedar City, UT; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation will take place on December 21, 2021.
