Ava Ann Ashby Halterman Bolz, age 71, passed away on April 28, 2021 in Millcreek, Utah. She was born on December 10, 1949 in Trona, California to Harold and Genivieve Ashby. She married Michael J Bolz on April 19, 1990.

She was the Director of the First Mother and Children Residential Treatment Center House of Hope.

She is survived by her husband Michael Bolz, son Klaus Halterman, sister Carol Wilson, brother Harlan Ashby, and four grandchildren – Aliya, Cortney, Bryce, and Kaiya Halterman.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
