On Tuesday, October 13th 2020, April Aline Nunez, a future wife and loving friend to many passed away at the age of 42.

April was born on July 28th,1978, in the bustling city of Port Jefferson Station, New York. Her loving parents, Marguarita and Harold Nunez, raised her and her two younger brothers; Steve and Ben.

In her 20’s, she moved to Provo, Utah to study and graduated with her Teaching Degree at B.Y.U. Her passionate enthusiasm and outspoken attitude made her a wonderful friend. She was most happy spending time with people she cared about, and would drop anything to help them. Most of her bookshelves are filled with albums of her many adventures with friends and family. She loved to travel and see new things. She dreamed of one day going on a trip to Korea. Her fascination with the beautiful country stemmed from the Korean shows she loved watching. She was musically talented; especially with the flute and singing. Her beautiful voice was always a joy to hear.

While living in Provo, she met Stephen Wells. They fell in love and remained with each other for 8 years; getting engaged along the way. She was most known for speaking what was on her mind; Her thoughts mostly coming straight from her heart. Although living in Utah most of her life, she longed to be by the coast. Sadly, she passed away just nine days before her wedding.

April was preceded in death by her youngest brother, Ben, and her mother, Marguarita. She is survived by her brother, Steve, and her father, Harold. Her remains are to be cremated and planted under a Cherry Blossom. The remaining ashes are to be spread by the beach in California.
