Ann Marie Douglas-Leake, age 71, passed away August 14, 2022, in South Jordan, Utah. She was born June 23, 1951, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Raymond Thomas Douglas and Udean Douglas. She Married Paul Kevin Leake.
Ann was an amazing person and will be missed terribly. She was a great friend, a great person, and above all, a great nurse. As young as she can remember, she dreamt of being a nurse. She worked for about 45 years in the field. She also enjoyed crocheting, photography and art work.
Ann is survived by her husband, Paul Kevin Leake; her daughter, Marcelle Guglielmetti; and her brother, John Douglas, of San Diego, California. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Udean Douglas and her brothers, Tom Douglas and Todd Douglas.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 20, 2022, 12:00 Noon, at the South Jordan LDS Ward, 1570 West 11400 South, South Jordan, Utah, where friends and family may visit from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at Larkin Sunset Lawn Cemetery, 2350 East 1300 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.
