Founded by Charles Smith, the Smith family has been serving families in Northeast Texas for over 50 years. Recognizing the continuing change in the choice of cremation in the funeral industry, Charles opened Metro Mortuary & Crematory, to offer other independently owned funeral homes somewhere they can turn to when they need assistance and a worry free place to have their cremations preformed in a professional and timely manner with the type of dignity and respect you expect and your families deserve.
