About Us

Mike and Amy Wade both grew up in Arlington and were married at First Methodist Church in Arlington. In 1983, Mike and Amy Wade purchased a funeral home in Hubbard, Texas. There they happily made their home for 20 years with their two daughters, Lauren and Keely and son, Blake. In 2003, the family built and started Wade Family Funeral Home in Arlington. It would be and still is Arlington’s only family-owned funeral home. Coming home to serve the people of Arlington and surrounding areas has been a very exciting time for the family. Now grown and licensed funeral directors, Keely Wade Gillham and Blake Wade, have joined the business and work hard to serve the community. Wade Family Funeral Home is now home to a state-of-the art crematory. It is located on the property of their Arlington funeral home, bringing families peace of mind about the care of their loved ones.
